You want people to pay the same price for something that is less useful now? sup RH and BT used to sell for 12RH and 15BT pouch respectively. now that the only people who want them is people in 8/7 sets, you think they will have the resources to fork over 12/15 pouches for a "chance" at upgrading what they have?
