Levels 1-100 no money should be spent on items other than potions thanks to the 5/5 set quest rewards.

By level 120 you should have farmed

5+10+15+20+25 Seph gems (75)

And 30 magic

And 30 sorcery

To get priority master skills to level 7.

Alternate methods below;

The best way to do this would be staying on iah or shuy until you have the above listed gems.

At level 100 you unlock a quest series in vylock where you can purchase items using courage medals.

5 courage medals and 500k will buy you:

1x level 8 masters book

Or

1x 5/5 g10 vambraces or boot

(20 medals and 2million leni total)

At level 100 rampao stone coffins provide excellent 10/10 g10 weapons that are comparable to +8 blessing weapons (g11).

Rampao floor 2 occasionally drops blessing armors to be saved until you can upgrade them.

Karedolls are dropped more commonly when monsters have a blue name. This island is farmed quite quickly with AOEs and g10 weapons. Around level 70 with quest gear they should deal 0 damage.

To make the most use out of your trip to karebear island you should bring extra items to upgrade with red honors and blue tears and sephs and sephs choice. (little slot items like helmets and vambraces and jewlery work best)

Drop all junior gems and rebirth gems. You should leave with items valued at 45,000Leni or more!

Alternate gem locations:

Sephiroth gems/Dinn Stones at astray archers in swamp.

Blud (near lad gate) awards players gems for defeating various bosses.

Laziel tower mage drops a laziel tower key which opens the yeti island boxes

Honestly... This should get you geared for nado. Aside from jewlery this is just a matter of rinse and repeat. But jewlery is a whole 'nother topic ;)

Thanks Robb! I'm trying to avoid posting just informational guides, and actually provide routines, tactics and strategies. The goal is to provide all players an equal pool of knowlege!
