Look broski let's talk over a few things

 

1. Demonics - When they were released they were just like liquid gold. A limited time item with a buy amount till they are gone and you changed that for some reason only you know. They should either be removed or changed in cost if they should remain on the item mall. You buy them for season and 1 -2 months 3 if your odd and last entire season without quitting and they are now less than 1/2 the initial 900 ecoins value. They should be removed or allow owners of demonics on tri server to pay ecoins (not overpriced) to transfer to seasonal donation box. 

2. Social Media - We need a social media team ASAP in charge of common questions of the game, updates of the game, maintenance times, advertising, and weekly/bi weekly events. This would be instagram twitter facebook anything hell even tinder if you want but it would create a community for this game to grow again.

 3. Mods - Currently we got 2 active mods out of 4? and maybe 1 very active and 1 kinda active out of those 2. Currently a mod can mute give warnings and test I think? if you won't hire more they have to be able to do more. You mute someone 90% chance they will make a new account and type again from there and repeat the process. They should be able to make / advertise in the public channel (newbie) upcoming updates and what not.

4. Chat System - Currently the chat system is terrible to look at you got 3 different languages crammed into 1 channel we got people flaming one another in that same channel and people asking questions in the channel and also it's a channel to sell items as well. You need to make it so we can have newbie channel remain without a shell or add a new 1 to equip so we can have 3. and make the market channel alive again. you can make it so the chat log detects specific words like Selling Sale Buying Wts Wtb and a message saying please use market channel appears to the user typing it.

for the chat system i think its to have it more this way.

use the market channel for items you wane buy or sell.

the newbie channel for normal talks and some small discussions about random things.

and the pvp channel can be use for the harder disscusions if its come's more in the way like little fights between some players that we normal see in newbie chat is a pvp channel good for.

still the market channel,pvp channel or the newbie channel most become a permanent channel to use without shell.

 

also i wane tell shockdot and this is also good thing for point 2: if there are lots off players playing this game on the main server means some off then keep streaming the game on youtube twitch and mixer platforms thats also some extra free advertising there do for the game. same go's then for the more video's content players gone make about the game is also for you guys free advertising but so long there is not good population off players on the main server all that bonus things from free advertising will never come.
