Hello, Glad to meet TB players.
I’m a 1 of TB Lover.
Now days players are interesting in Balance and New server launching.
it is absolutely hot issue. so I tell about a personal opinion and suggest.
 
-New server launching. -
 
As we know some weeks ago Masta uploaded some vote about new server launching.
that was about Fresh and New start with balancing.
that title’s contents was having fantastic things.
but also it had fatal problem also exist.
Masta’s suggest is great but had 1 wrong way exist.
first I clap and cheer his idea. but I also don't agree his 1 idea.
that is launching new server.
His update suggest was really nice and it is very nice challenge.
As we know the tri server now almost ghost server. activity players quite low and few big and strong tribes monopoly system.
it reason is now system basically focus on team play. means a solo player cant play comfortable.
we can see it very close situation. yes island system. but it is maybe GM’s intention but hau system and FL system is not. that is solo player also can enjoy pvp system. but it is not work good. because a low population.
past FL and hau was a lot of player join and pvp each others. but nowdays FL hau are almost empty. so if player want pvp it need forced tribes join.
and tribe join is tbh hard is true. strong tribe join is now hard and if make new tribe low popular for cant full growing strong.
so it is 1 of reason for player quit and playing hard.
so in this situation if make new server a low population in tri server it will be more low and more been ghost server.
lots guys said “ tri server has OP stuff so newbie and season chars cant play because that wall and gap is too high. “ but I think that is not true.
because we already experience past time.
before S1 players gear are 9/8 set but S1 end player’s gear was 10/9 (not all)
that is 2year growing char than 3month instance char more strong evidence.
also S2 end player bring G12 gears and fought with 10/9 set tri server players.
result was G12 gearing S2 player’s win. lets see S3 that time tri server gear was 15~16 weapon + 1412 sets around. but S3 end player bring 17weapon and some 1513 sets. it means season chars more strong than tri server player usually.
lets see S4 end, same time tri server has 1513 set+ 17weapon was normal gearing but S4 end season chars bring 18weapon even 19weapon (20 sword) and 1613 sets.
it means a S2~S4 growing like 1year+ char than 3month char more strong evidence. so I don't know why player full argument about tri server player so strong so season player or newbie cant play to saying I really cant understand.
some player said “ 10weapons and 1K SC, G3 desau, 9psa jewels exist how to same? “ I can answer about it the 10weapon very similar work as 18weapons and season also fully can get 500SC and G2 desaus, 8jewels. that is not weak because season char only 3month and tri server char almost 1year+ so that a little gap we can full understand. and that gear yes first time get defeat but more getting better because top gear upgrading is hard but low gear upgrading is not so hard. so it fully can chase their gear. so just when end season need to get coin selling all stuff and not say to “ tri server chars so strong! we cant playing..“
and that situation if new server open, yes maybe some 3~6month fun because they same as gear but it slowly exist gap and wall and it will be same as tri server and finally same argument for player quit. finally same to tri server. yes ghost server.
so I don't know why they want new server launching it.
also some old player know Indigogo donate event. that time lots player donate enonic company, and that old player steady play at tri server. they already sad when season open tri server been ghost. but this situation for launching new server is not a double yes tripple straight punch to their face.
so solve way is, not a launching new server try to fix and revive tri server.
so my opinion is it launching than retouching tri server is more better.


- So how to retouching tri server? -

I welcome masta’s suggest. because we always grind tc like buffs , mage’s pots.
we welcome that retouching tc system. also welcome decrease tc price down.
I think this game’s buff system some wrong I think.
because now buff is not a choice but must almost forced.
because we cant choice other way use or not.
I think the tc is need to comfortable play.
I welcome 30days quiver, V2 V3 V4 scrolls, exp drop scrolls, trans card even demonic , zipped pots yes.
but not in mind stats buff, delph gem system
lets see about that. we cant get (ofc turf stop but that is not solve way) any buffs to buy tc. so it is not fair and not comfortable playing.
we can get hunter quiver for farm, and can run for go v2 v3 v4. ofc no dropscrolls for we can pubb buff, castle buff, demonic and 8drop jewel for get droprate and exp also can get. but see delph gem and buff we can get for farm? no. that is 100% need cash so I don't like in mind that system. it seems gimme money.
so my suggest is a instance buff scroll selling at yuba.
as we know now some better but still leni useless is true lots player want to trade tc or ecoin. it reason the leni price value too low and useless.
so I want to say we can buy scrolls from yuba.
a 1~3mininute move speed attack speed scroll, ap potion.
But still tc shop selling 30min or 1hour move attack scrolls, and ap potion
that tc buff not canceled when logged out or dead.
and delete 3000hp tc shop both but add defence magic defence scroll add at yuba and tc shop same as work.
here I set it.
 
A tc stuff need to work by comfortable not a forced.

Speed scrolls, ap potion : we can get instance scrolls yuba from leni but it work only 3min and if dead or logged out it canceled.
but you can buy 1hour scrolls at tc shop but tc scroll not canceled when logged out or dead.

3000HP,1000MP scroll : we can buy from yuba 1grade down scroll we can get yuba from 3min for 2000HP , 500MP scroll.
but we can still buy tc shop from 1hour 3000HP, 1000MP scroll ofc it not canceled when dead or logged out.

magic defence : we can buy also yuba but 1grade down scroll we can get 5% magic defence scroll.
but we can still buy tc shop from 1hour 10% magic defence. ofc it not canceled when dead or logged out.
- ps. we not need defence scroll because we can get basic lots def from G12 gears so if add defence scroll it will be broken. -

delph gem : we cant get anywhere for eraiser gem so need to add we can get this gems from v2 v3 v4 boss or other system.

demonic : we can get SSC for free but need time so it is good to I think.
zipped pots : it is work we don't need to back village to buy pots so it is good for comfortable. but mage’s problem need to fix.
30day quiver : we can get hunter quiver easy so it is good.
V2 V3 V4 scroll : we can run to go their so it is good.
restat gem : we can get rebirth gem from island so it is good.
exp, drop, pet stuff : we can play tb except that stuff so it is good for comfortable.
- So how to retouching tri server? 2 -

our tb player lots time argument and did discuss for balance.
lots suggest move to both. so this section for my suggest write.

character’s unique.
 
as we know each class has their various unique character’s.
blade has high HP , DEF MDF, but low potential kill catch.
fist has high speed, high DPS for high potential kill catch.
archer has good at pve and various skill for 1v1 strong pvp.
mage has fast grow up and certain kill catch for strong combo.

but lets see. now that character’s unique good work?
no I don't think so. so I suggest for balance.
 
[Trans skills]
a basically given trans formation skill is some increase stats and change appearance. and set gear for cant change but can using strong skills.
but that effect for some class got demerit. so we need to retouching that.
so basically we delete trans skill only using trans formation but normal we can using trans skills. but retouching trans formation skill more strong.
so finally trans formation will change to not only way to using skills but 1of strong skill.
 
Blade
 
Trans formation : Add 3000HP, increase 10% blocked rate, 10% attack succed rate.
blade is basically focus on tank. see Ultra endure , absoulte defence, battle cry
all skill set focus on stance and defence so we need to change for same to character’s unique.
Ultra endure : add 30% HP, 1000 flat def,mdf (not %) for 90sec.

absolute defence : clean debuff (slow, PA DH, stun, BT RT etc) 10sec for immune all physic damage.
it skills on time not getting dealt from physic damage but effect on
ofc even on absolute defence if got pa dh like debuff it work.
(PA,DH get effect on but only immune absolute defence on time)
(for example – PA is 20sec on. if absolute defence on blade shoot, when blade absolute defence off get dealt)
 
battle cry : near enemies decrease AP –20% for 30sec it works on monsters too.
blade get move attack speed 20% , AP 10% increase but losing 10%HP every second for 30sec.
cooltime : 90sec
it is change to blade’s fight way. normally they are very hard tanker but when using battle cry they change to berserker at fight.
it will covering blade’s low kill catch potential.
 
Fist
 
Trans formation : Increase 20% move attack speed, 30% attack succed rate
fist is like assassin hit & run class. but it is too depend on trans formation skill. if not trans on fist was really trash was. but this change for they have awesome mobility and high kill potential. that killer too miss is cant forgiven. it will be destroy mage’s dodge and blade’s shield.
 
Warp speed : Increase 70% move speed, 20% attack speed, 50% dodge rate for 90sec.
Warp speed is fist’s core. it increase fist’s mobility but only move speed increase is not match for name. now warp speed is strong attacking skills both survive skills.
Death hand : every sec 5800 dealt and decrease 50% move speed to target for 20sec. it works on monster too cool time : 40sec
now death hand cool time is too long. so fist using more often death hand. death hand’s slow for their kill catch potential more increase.
 
Aura of fury : increase 3000HP, crit 40% increase, dodge rate 10% increase, AP 20% increase for 30sec. and also not need party anymore. cool time 90sec
fist is hit & run character but sometimes cant avoid 1v1 face fight.
that time AOF will make fist real warrior.
and some add more utility (HP) so fist is not only solo playing but team play can.
 
archer
 
trans formation : increase AP 20%, critical 20%
archer is range character, and have good AOE skill. for that reason archer good at pve and have strong at 1v1 skill set. archer is dealer postion. but tbh if PA SS except archer has low kill catch potential. so especially add attack side stats.
so now for archer’s arrow 1 and 1 are will be very strong. if high dex archer it will be terrible sniper.
 
Posion arrow : decrease HP , MP 30% every second for 20sec. cooldown 60sec.
now PA is not strong at mage because mage’s MB so increase mp decrease % for can competite with mage. and high lvl pvp for 50% hp is too strong so decrease 20% hp tic dealt but archer basically ap upcreasing so it will not much different. just delete suddenly PA SS combo for 1sec dead. and add new effect to scatter shot so still archer will powerful when 1v1 situation.
 
Blind maker : still cant attack target effect and add slow. decrease 30% move speed target when skill effect on for 20sec.
archer will be more chase and run away easy for that skill.
cool time 120sec
 
Scatter shot : when target poison arrow effect on, directly poison arrow effect delete and dealt 1more ( PA player shoot scatter shot => 10k x 2 totally 20k dealt)
so now archer choice to remain pa for bothering chars or try to catch kill.
 
 
Red/Blue mage
 
Trans Formation : increase 30% ap, increase magic defence 10%
mages are have high kill potential for strong combo. and good at huge fight.
but paper body is charactes. so paper body than very strong ap given. and they are mage but idk why they weak magic defence. so add to magic defence.
 
 
Mana saver/rebirth : not canceled MB when attacked by mana weapon.
when mana saver/rebirth effect on increase ap 10%
mana saver/rebirth is core of mage so when skills on make more strong.
 
Silence aura : same as now effect + add first using silent aura inside character change to mana 0
so silence aura will be RM’s mage pvp core skill.
 
Winteristriction : change to slow work. when winteristriction first using in side character got slow and 10sec decrease move speed => when winteristriction first using in side character. 5sec for change move speed 0%. blue mage can tie enemies’s leg it will be more easier using ice driver combo. and survive.
Ice stinger : change to not solo target but multiple hit same as WF/SS target got slow same as now.
cool time change 60sec.
blue mage using ice stinger for now can large locate to slow debuff using.
it will be good at huge team pvp.
 
Wide Fury : increase dealt 10k => 15k
red mage will be more powerful attack and comboing.
so red mage’s weak point when enemies got high mdf red mage’s dealt turn almost 0 for will covering. cool time change to 60sec.

it is just simple example so I write some example reason is the value and effect like that retouching for balance patch hope.
 
 
 
G12 gears effect? value? -
 
now many players argument about G12’s def value.
yes I agree about too high def value.
our character’s ap around 10k but character’s def value 800+
some past and now both hot issue archer’s def problem for about to say.
 
if archer have full 16def G12 gears, and 8def ring + Oread sprit, it is 830% def.
1fist have 10K ap and 1archer have 830def, if fist hit archer it only work 2400
we already know archer average HP 30K when all vit, even dex build 20K+ for that how to kill only 2400 for 20K HP player?
 
also here it is evidence to need nerf archer’s PA skill.
we can see only 2400dealt to 30K HP character. it seems 99.99% cant kill
but PA is % dealt skill so it ignore their def value.
so when high lvl, gears equip char’s fight it is very strong skill.
it almost insane skill. because other character grind to 2k~3k but PA dealt atleast 10K+ every sec I think that is problem.
but also it means 0def only 50%hp dealt to can say.
but low def is low lvl means low hp so even change 50% to 30% still low hp so still good work at pa+ss combo to catch kill but just nerf high lvl fight situation.
 
anyway so that situation for players say pots battle, no fun. then how to we solve that problem?
 
luckly we can find our near. yes answer is G12 set effect
past patch we know G12 armors set effect can change (def 5% -> 1%)
so it also change definitely other effect.
yes 4Set effect change “ def 1% ” to “Pierce player’s def or mdf 15%”
then why 15%? that reason is come from archer debuff and past G11 century.
as we know 8/7set, 9/8set gear’s def,mdf around 650~750. that time G3 was very powerful and both player killing each others when 1v1 time.
and now 830def for if archer’s G12 bow debuff got 830def change to 747def
that time we can easy to kill chars. so that evidence for I suggest 4set effect change to 15% pierce char’s def,mdf
and that is smart way because pve still 830def but only pvp for 705def fight.
so we can both get satisfy.

this section some add on, G12 value and balance section.
 
I wrote some new trans skills and suggest change to def mdf value and G12 set effect.
here for some more add at weapon.
a G11 +9 weapon now same as 16121212 (PSA PA CRIT ASR) stats.
a G11 +10 weapon now same as 18141413 (PSA PA CRIT ASR) stats.
 
I think 16121212 more make easy than +9 G11
and same or a little easy make 18141413 than +10 G11
 
so many player say about G12 weapon weak so buff or nerf G11 10weapons.
but tbh think about that deeply, +10 is G11’s max stats
means cant anymore upgrade. and lets see G10 and G11 gap
G10 10101010 (PSA PA CRIT ASR) maybe same as +7~+8 G11 weapon.
so it evidence to now 18141413 is I think good balance. it is hard but can upgrade.
it means if make 19151513 it over +10 weapon and still can more upgrade.
I know that is almost impossible and if can it is very hard but not 0%
so I think G12 weapon’s buff not need is my think.
and tbh G12 have unique effect also exist so not increase basic stats but some retouching or buff G12’s unique stats is better.
here some my idea.
 
Blade : Sword + shield
Now : increase 8% AP
Change : enemy’s move speed and attack speed decrease same as G3 crow.
New add : Soul blade have slow. target get slow debuff ( decrease 30% move speed ofc only player.) for 3sec
 
now blade players are pvp using almost G3 crow even neph or human.
reason is G3 crow’s slow that is very helpful pvp.
so if change to G12 weapon effect also same as G3 crow, G12 weapon choice player more increase.
also blade’s new G12 weapon effect for now almost ditched soul blade skill revive and increase blade’s persistent chasing ability
so nobody cant easy run away from blade.
 
Fist : Gaunt + protect
Now : increase 8% AP
Change : pierce target’s def 5% ( ignore player def 5% )
New add : Soul Fist have stun. target get stun 1sec (ofc only player.)
 
now fist’s G12 almost ditch.
reason is edge has more profit than G12 protect.
as we know fist is not tanker (anyway G3 kata health lmao)
fist play way is like assassin so need AP not block rate.
so edge’s 800AP more useful than G12’s protect.
so same reason for G12 gaunt effect need must protect but I wrote that reason for almost nobody using G12 protect. so we need to change about that.
edge still good and still best AP with 10gaunt or 18141413 G12 gaunt combo.
but change to G12 gaunt+protect we lose some AP but get pierce def.
so that pierce def ability get for more close to Fist’s unique character.
so it will be good work G12 Gaunt+Protect. block rate some bonus. (ofc if then G12 protect block rate need nerf )
and new G12 weapon set will increase fist’s assassinate ability. it also have ditch soul fist skill revive. first throw soul fist to stun and DH AOF combo will more increase fist’s identity.
 
Archer : Bow
Now : Fiend have chance to decrease enemy’s def 10%
Change : If Fiend crit, add 50% dealt.
New add : when attacked by enemy have chance to get buff 3sec to crit rate change to 100%
I wrote G12 4set effect change so archer not need def debuff anymore.
it will change to pvp paradigm only focus archer or mage to various fight.
because before archer exist to debuff the pvp result changed but if that change after archer will some free from full pvp target.
and also changed bow effect for fiend’s crit dealt 50% add to it will more increase catch kill chance also new add effect to has more synerge.
so now archer only given vit and PA SS fight for escape dex archer will dangerous sniper to change. also vit archer’s insane part change so vit archer’s kill potential down and given choice dex or vit build.
so archer will be escape only PA SS fight and have more chance to fiend combo, also alive sniping.
 
Red mage : Staff
Now : Flame/Burst edge have chance to red touch ( enemy’s mdf decrease 10% )
Change : not changed. same as now (reason is red touch option is rm for best effect now)
New Add : when using Fire fury target get Burn effect. 3sec for 6K flat dealt ( 1tic 2K dealt )
Red mage has lots utility from yellow buff, so it is strong at low lvls but time going red mage became weak and finally supporter to changed.
reason is high mdf but red mage don't have decrease mdf skills, so now Red mage’s staff option is very nice to I think.
and that red touch is not control to use so sometimes 1tic less dealt can experience. so add burn effect to bonus dealt it will be more useful to red mage.
 
Blue mage : Stick
Now : Ice cristal have chance to double dealt to target
Change : not changed. same as now ( reason is now bm range attack full enough for this option.)
New Add : when target effect on weaken debuff, Ice Fury’s dealt 10% increase.
Blue mage has lots debuff. so it is strong at 1v1 but absolutely weak by red mage
red mage have fast and 1time shot combo but blue mage slow than red mage combo. so it add crit for covering combo weak point. so it is good option to I think. and new add option from weaken. that debuff decrease health and that name to I think resist. so add weaken effect on, more strong ice fury dealt add ( like when we tired or weak health get easier cold). so blue mage now not only black touch but also weaken using lots time.
so weaken will be not anymore ditch.
 
 
- Oread, Insane a tanky archer -


as we know now archer OP atm ( oread , double mdf buff, too strong at high lvl pvp for PA )
i investigate all char's def , mdf value.
have full 16def set ( include chest )
blade : 827
fist : 800
archer : 800 ( +30 oread for 830 )
RM,BM : 780

we can see some weird thing.
archer have more pdf when they using oread than blade.
how range chars archer have more pdf than melee tanker char blade?
something wrong to i think.
and now full vit archer have 30K around HP.
but archer have especially % dealt skill have. yes Posion Arrow.
that for archer not need to high dex but fully enough get pvp dealing.
they using oread or double buff ( sylph+mdf ) and full vit build
and PA+SS combo for catch kill chance for high rate. and high HP and def for tbh almost not dead.
and they have also def debuff so very strong at 1v1 situation.
i think it need some nerf and retouching.

here some calculate.

FIST : 10000 AP
Blade : 11000 ~ 15000 AP ( G3 )
Archer : 830def / 850def ( full 16set / full 17set )

Fist's normal crit = 20000 finisher crit = 40000
blade's normal crit = 22000~30000 , finisher crit 44000 ~ 60000

archer 830def  vs fist = 2500 , 5900 ( (20000 * 0.17) - 900 )
archer 830def vs blade =  2840 ~ 4200 , 7480 ~ 9300 ( (22000 ~ 30000 * 0.17) - 900 )
archer 850def vs fist = 2100 , 5100 ( (20000* 0.15) - 900 )
archer 850def vs blade = 2400 ~ 3600 , 5700 ~ 8100 ( ( 22000~ 30000* 0.15) - 900 )

as we know, fist have 10K AP is very hard and very high ap.
maybe 1KSC + 9PSA full jewels set + min dex , min vit, full str + warm( tc buff) + 10gaunt or 19psa gaunt + edge
all tb player know that item is almost top 0.1% gears.

almost blade same if G3 blade got 10K ap is almost same as that gear.

then lets see archer's item.
full 16def set is tbh not so hard. that is we all know. and 17def set yes some hard true but i think not same as that attacker's gear.
so, we can see the best gear melee class cant do anything 16def set archer (with oread).
for that reason many melee class has depress is true. because too insane archer's oread skill and that comes high def value.

so, if not exist oread?

archer 800 def vs fist = 3100, 7100 ( ( 20000* 0.2) - 900 )
archer 800 def vs blade = 3500 ~ 5100 , 7900 ~ 11100 ( ( 22000 ~ 30000 * 0.2 ) - 900 )

yes. still high value and can stand. because they going to vit build it is 30K around HP.
even dex build player usually keep 20K HP+ so archer going to dex build still against that best melee chars.

in this situation archer still need oread? i dont think so.

and i write balance section to archer.
usually archer class is range, high ap , paper , high resist magic.
but here tb archer is range, high ap, high hp , high def , high mdf
tbh a balance destroyer. idk why player still not nobody argument about archer.

and finally the important thing is the only exist skill and way oread.
other class nobody dont have increase def ( except WM, i never seen active WM )
yes even blade no have increase def things.
and that def value is 0+30.
if player see " lmao why argument just only 3% def you so salty zzzz "
ok then i show why that 0+ 30 is insane not salty.
if 10000 dealt exist to set. then crit is 20000
that's 3% is 300 and crit 600. if finisher dealt. 600 and 1200.
do you think that 300 ~ 1200 is little value?
i was write best gear melee class hit only 830def char to 2.5k~3k
in this case it only 3% but it works 10%~50% decrease dealt.

still think salty or not understand?
then here see then you can full understand why oread is insane.

you can make 16 def item easy.
but 17def yes some hard lots grind that is all know it. but can make.
and G12's 1def value is 4 and ring is 3.
wow. oread to get def 10ring bonus get !
oh, if not def 10ring then i free upgrade to full 17set (1def 4 and 5piece armors for 20 get )
ah, still 10 left then full def 17set upgrade + 2piece more upgrade :) totally im a just 16def set but free 18def x2, and 17def x3 and still left +2 def.

case 2 : 1 archer made 17def set.
so calculate that. 17def set archer have 19def x2 , 18def x3 to upgrade and still left +2 def.
18def or 19def make is easy? no..
then we can know that oread is very insane skills.

so, then how to change oread?

i think archer retouching to anti-mage character.
means. oread change to 0+100 mdf skill
so finally archer has alseid (ap) , oread ( mdf ) skill exist.
so. archer's unique characters we can get.
range. strong ap , high resist magic , but paper.
