The Discord is the primary communication hub outside of the game itself, you may want to check it out. Here's the latest news article for phase 3 (https://turfbattles.eonicgames.com/news/155), but the Discord has a huge list of changes/updates that have been applied to the new client in the #game-beta-issues channel.
