Hello, that sounds strange. Can you post some links to images of the issue (they can be uploaded here https://imgbb.com/). Alternatively (and probably the quickest/best option), you could download/install Teamviewer, open a Support Ticket (https://www.eonicgames.com/support/opens), and provide us with your Teamviewer ID & Password. Then we can remote assist you. In the past, some users have had similar issues and they were related to their Internet Provider limiting their data usage.. but could also be something else blocking the download process (such as an Anti Virus or Windows Defender).
