Patch Notes

• Fixed Rainbow Arrow, it should no longer stop working.
• Fixed Mana Barrier vs AOE's (it was taking too much mana against AOE's).
• We have significantly reduced the overall required EXP of Tribes. Everyone's Tribe Level should automatically change upon logging in (they should be higher).
• Fixed a bug that didn't allow players to transmog items that could be used by multiple classes (blades & fists).
