Adding rainbow color for 20/20 armor

Hey, PapaFlexon Here.

Just wanted to say, weapons have glow on a different stat level.
But i think armors should have glow too

So i'm thinking of for 20/20 (def&dam) you should get like a rainbow with different colors.
but this isn't just a random rainbow color.
everytime you equip the gear a menu pops up where you can decide which 3 colors can be disabled you can choose out of 10 colors.
you can reequip whatever color you want but it has to be the colors of a rainbow
20/20 is hard to get i don't think anyone has it in the server atm thats i think why a rainbow color should be good for it.
