Please have a look at our post in this topic. I agree that success rate should match for weapons and armours. Much like level 11 the armour is generally slightly harder but scaled similarly. Just reduce the gains per level allows a feeling of progress at least even if a +16 is only slightly better than +14. Reducing the gains per level mitigates the too much pdef.
